Guicciardini & Magni Architetti – Florence
Marco Magni is a chief architect in Guicciardini & Magni Architetti, an architectural firm which is involved in cultural heritage projects, such as museums, theatres, auditoriums, libraries. Since 1990 Guicciardini & Magni Architetti have realized more than 40 museums and 60 temporary exhibitions in Italy and abroad, dealing with masterpieces from every age. In the last few years Guicciardini & Magni Architetti won several competitions and prizes, such as the first prize in the final competition for exhibition design in Biblioteque National Richelieu in Paris. In 2017 they started the project for exhibition design in the National Museumof Art, Architecture and Design in Oslo and completed the museum project for Gulhane Museum in Topkapi Palace, Istanbul. Together with Adolfo Natalini, Guicciardini & Magni Architetti designed the enlargement, restoration and exhibition design for the Opera del Duomo Museum as well as Museo Galileo in Florence. Nowadays Guicciardini & Magni Architetti is composed of five associated architects and five senior architects, in addition to ten young architects and professional experts on other subjects.
